Today I Will

for today i am grateful for all that i have, all that i receive and all that i shall give.

today i know the difference between:

good and evil

up and down

yes and no

positive and negative

black and white

wants and needs

reality and illusion

me and you



today i understand that not everything will go my way. it it will go the way it needs to go in order for my soul to develop and my spirit to soar.



today i will be me. i will stay in peace and i will do my best to be who i am.



today i will not hurt myself. i will not speak poorly about myself and i will not abuse my body!



today i will lead by example and fall asleep proud of the person that i was all day.



today i will tell someone i love them



today i will find compassion for those who are in the most pain



today i will fill my vessel first and then fill the vessel of others if so asked



today i will walk with my head high



today i will serve and be served



today i will worship and be worshiped



today i will love and be loved



today i will allow what is rightfully mine to come to me with ease



today i will not cry for what was lost but rejoice in that i have found



today i will not have guilt since i will know, for today, that we all make choices and other peoples choices are not a reflection upon myself



today i will not let people take my power or take the power of others



today i will be grateful for what i do and do not have



today i will find forgiveness for myself



today i will find forgiveness for one other person



today i will heal



today i will use my voice



today i will be strong



today i will bend



today i will persevere



today i will not care if you like me



today i will not care what is said about me



today i will hold my head up high and be proud



today i will remember my truth



today i will take a long shower



today i will listen a bird



today i will sing out loud



today i will know my inner beauty



today i will KNOW that i am NEVER alone



today i will know that nothing is what i think it is



today i will know i am not a victim of anything or anyone
