Puzzle Pieces

I was giving messages a few weeks again at a private gallery reading and this message came through...i cant stop thinking about it:



We are all puzzle pieces. The universe is a vast puzzle beyond our comprehension. Each one of us has a unique piece that fits just perfect in the world.



WE spend so much time worrying about if we are ok, who we are, where do we fit in, wanting to please, wanting to change OUR piece, etc... once we can just accept that our piece was divinely created and is the perfect piece we will find peace.



WE are trying to figure out the universe's puzzle. our role in the universe is NOT to be the whole puzzle but to be the piece of the puzzle that completes it. by allowing our piece to fit in the puzzle we easily become a part of the greatest puzzle and then it creates the bigger picture.



actually, we are always a part of the universe as a piece is part of the puzzle...the bigger picture! our struggles are for nothing because our piece IS our piece. it is our lot in life so to speak. we need to accept that, own it, love it and be proud of the role we play in the universe just the way WE are. there are no pieces that do not fit. you just have to let the "puzzle maker" tweak and turn your piece to get it to fit. that "puzzle maker' is a higher part of you! it KNOWS what to do...let it do its job!



we are not the entire universe...by ourselves without the puzzle. we will always be a part of the universe but for it to be complete we need to be the piece....kind like when i say to you, "be the piece of peace".



some pieces are short, tall , skinny, plump, jewish , christian, muslim, balck white, mean, friendly, rich, poor, differences in learning etc...you get the picture!



Unique, one of a kind, cut to fit, designed to complete. When we stop making everything so hard all the time, when we stop trying to be everything to everyone...we can just be who we are. we will see that our piece is perfect for the puzzle and it was created to be divine.

~the one thing that i am learning, not always the easy way, is that nothing stays the same. much to how i wish with all my might it did...it does not!

we write books about it. we talk about it. we give lectures about it. we discuss it. we intellectually understand the concept..but living it is not always so easy!

the difficulty lies in accepting and truly understanding that nothing ever stays the same. marriage, relationships, kids, friends, work, living situations, emotions, feelings, time, time, places, etc....nothing is permanent.

i am beginning to see that when we think it is we are setting ourselves up for something that can not possibly exist. everything changes...it has too! i never really GOT that before....although i knew it...ya i know, it is my light bulb moment!

i asked my peeps what they have to say about 'temporary', and this is what they tell me:

for our dear children and freinds...can you imagine a world where there was only permanent and no temporary. your world would be stiff, solid, rigid and cold. there would be no fluidity. there would be no growth. there would be no-thing. it simply can not be.

temporary allows for the old to wash away and for the new to come in. temporary allows for change. now some do not like change...just ask lisa! for others they thrive in it. either way, change is the only way to survive. without change there would be no air, there would be no life, there would be no movement, there would be no breath. without change one would have no reason to be.

you see, change and temporary, allow you to become all that you dream of. it allows you the opportunity to change, to move, to sail upon the wind and to grow into the beautiful being's that your heart dreams of. by changing and being temporary you are allowed to go to beautiful places within your heart and with in your mind. temporary allows, the what you call negative or bad, to be "washed" away. it seems so scary but it is really quite calming and beautiful. it is like a birth...exhausting and weary yet rewarding and miraculous beyond your wildest dreams.

nothing is being taken away from you when things change. things are being given to you for you to mold and create into new opportunities and new adventures. when you change the way you look at the world the world changes with you. allow yourself the beautiful gift of change. allow the temporary to embrace your life and take you where you need and ultimately want to go. allow temporary to be your friend and know that temporary has your back.

allow temporary to be what it is....fluid and ever changing to bring you what you want in your life.

if nothing ever changed, can you imagine what the world would look like?? if nothing ever changed there would be no reason for any of you or for anything.

allow your faces and bodies to change, allow them to be temporary homes that house your soul...for now. take care of them and nourish them and allow them to change. there is no growing old. Some of you change your faces and your bodies to look like you did when you were 20. that was temporary, 20 was then...today is now...it has changed...and that is ok. it, your temporary body, is supposed to change or else it would not. allow the change to be beautiful. allow the wrinkles and the curves. allow the youth to live within and allow outer age to show your wisdom, courage and strength.

everything is temporary for a reason...allow children to grow up and out, allow relationships to end, allow new life to begin, allow new work to come to you...do not allow the fear of change to hold you back for your soul is longing to breath. it can only breath when you allow temporary into your space. allow temporary to be your friend and take you where your soul needs to be! we love you and whatever you decide to do is fine with us....we are only here to tell you what we know...the living is up to you!

WOW! and that is why i love, love, love my peeps so much. they teach me, they help me to remember what is important and they bring such deep love i can feel it in every cell.

i remember why i am blessed. i remember that i am blessed to have had what i once had; a loving family, 2 beautiful kids who are grown up now, i had a husband who loved me as much as he could, a beautiful dog names Brownie, a best friend named Tracey and a house that i owned and raised my family in. i have so much to give thanks for. it has taken me allllll Thanksgiving week to find this in my heart. i felt like the Grinch...with a very little heart and NO love to give at all. that sucks when all you want is to be you! i still have a little ways to go....but isn't that just life?

so for now (as i am learning is so fleeting) i sit and feel lighter. i feel better. i feel like me. i feel like i have given birth yet again...this time to a beautiful little thing called change. i will nurture this moment for change is sure to be temporary.

i needed to understand that in order to move on. i hope that it helps you too!

Our Thanksgiving Message

Thanksgiving is a day of unity, gratitude and blessings for all that we have had, all that we do have and all that we shall receive!

This is the time when people unite with no judgment, no politics, no separation due to race, religion, creed, or ethnicity! Open your hearts to friends, family and strangers alike. Open your hearts to your friends and family from the past, those in the present and welcome in new friends to your space.

This holiday season (and everyday) it is important to mend broken fences, rise above perceived wrong doings and live in the love that you were born to be. It is a time for being in the moment and celebrating the light that YOU were born to be.
Celebrate your gifts, celebrate each other and most of celebrate YOU. For many it has been a tough rode but it has been a rode none the less and has gotten you to today. Find GRATITUDE AND THANKS!

Be thankful for those who have crossed your path. They were spiritual backpackers, as you are, just doing their thing.

Inpsiration from the movie Case #39: Letting go and FEAR

LETTING GO AND FEAR....

isn't it funny  how it is always so easy to say but such another to walk in? i suppose if we all walked in faith all the time we would not need to be here.

fear will kick your ass and make you feel like a shell of the spirit that you are. it will test your ability to love. it will test your ability to give. it will test your ability to be in the moment. it will test your ability to find freedom. it will test your ability to LIVE!

FEAR...some people seek it out, thrill seekers, some people fear nothing they say. i think that at times, we all fear something. i think that if we are honest with ourselves we can find a little something something inside of us that  scares us even if it is just a little. that fear keeps us safe so we don't do stupid things...if you had no fear what would you do?????  exactly...IT KEEPS US ALIVE TOO! example, if we touch a hot stove and get burned once we learn to fear putting our hands on a hot stove so we don't get burned again...FEAR is knowledge that leads to wisdom if you follow the path....but man the first time HURTS!

some people use that FEAR as a platform to spring board through to the next chapter, some people shut down completely and are afraid to move, then like most of us we fall somehow in the middle. we disguise it, right it off, ignore it in the hopes that it will go away, yell at it, damn it and do whatever we can to NOT deal with it.

the funny thing is the more we do that...the more FeAr grows and grows until it is so big we stop breathing...we freeze. we have no power anymore...our life line is numb!

did you know that fear can not hurt you. it has no power over you what-so-ever. the only power that fear has is the power and the fuel we give it....and boy do we give it fuel...the what if's and the whens and the OMG's, and the blah blah blahs we come up with.  fear laughs....it laughs and laughs bc it is winning and knows that we are afraid so we are feeding its life line...and it grows and grows until it thinks it is in control of YOU! it can tell you what to do. it bosses you around and you succumb to its every wish bc you are AFRAID of the consequences of what the fear will bring you. the fear is so real. illusion...what illusion it is ReAL...it is? no, it is not real...it is a projection of false thoughts in your mind...it can not exist unless you manifest it...YOUR truth becomes YOUR reality...create your REALITY...no one says fear has to win every time...we are just chickens...to afraid because we fear what will happen to us yet nothing will happen unless you make it happen....fear does not make it happen...we FREAK OUT!

if you look at fear and you face your fear it WILL go away...does it mean you will be overly happy... NO! sometimes it is emotional and brings up things we would rather not look at...hence the food for fear.... it means the FEAR of the fear will go away and then you can begin to do your "work". i know bc i have had to do this more than one time in my life and so have YOU!

i just saw the movie, Case 39 ....when the main character faced her fear, her "demons", they lost their power. she told them it is not not real, it is not real you are not there, it is not real....guess what....it was not there. it is not that she pushed them in or ignored them...she addressed it, walked into it,  and and then came right thru it...the FEAR....was powerless.

Letting go....FEAR...duh there is FEAR! "LET GO of what no longer serves you"....we all say it and we say it all the time. What a way to sabotage and keep us from our light and from our joy. if i am a little kid and i am hanging on the monkey bars for dear life.....and all my friends say "let go",  but i am afraid of what is beneath me...there is no way in hell i am going to let go! i am going to hang on until my hands bleed. if some one says "ok lisa, the ground is right underneath you and when you open your hands, you will gently and very softly  and in the cradle of mother earths hands where you fall into love and warmth...you bet i will LET GO...but FEAR will never let us hear that. fear will say, YOU ARE GOING TO FALL LISA". so forget it...ill hold on thank you very much!

i have yet to find an answer that makes me not afraid to LET GO.... i propose the word 'accept'. when i am hanging onto the monkey bars and my friends are saying, "ok lis....we have to go in now and i LET GO....i acceptated, in that moment, there is nothing to be afraid of and i theeennnnn LET GO!

FAITH: you already are the faith. you already are the strength. you are the courage and the love. the illusion is binding you to the "fear".

the fear:  you need to know what is is, learn from it and thank it for showing up so that you can move forward without it. it made you a fighter, it gave you confidence,it showed you that you are a bad ass and someone to not mess with, it gave to you what your soul was trying for years to make you see. we dont see it bc it is easier to unconsciously  look the other way....who wants to go through that right????

YOU already have what it is you need.

do not let go...as that will put you in more fear...who the hell wants to let go right???? i know if i have to let go i have fear....fear of falling fear of smashing on the ground.. fear fear fear.....no letting go...only being with what scares you. owning who you are in your heart and instead accepting whatever it is, know that everything is moving around you and YOU will always be OK.nothing is going to hurt you EVER if you dont allow it too.

again easier said than done and boy that fear is somethin' else. :)  its only a fear my love...only a fear....we can do this i keep hearing...

when you see the movie, Cast #39...btw, i hate those movies because they scare me ( i hated every minute i was there and wished i was at a comedy).  reflecting back on the movie i learned a lot....look at the "demons" as your own...how yours show up in your life, what do they look like, how do you let them take your life from you and finally see how to overcome them! who would have thought....THAT movie would teach so much about letting go, fear and finding peace...i suppose hiding in LISA'S WORLD all the time will only give me what i already know....we have to be uncomfortable to see what the message is right in front of us....

Silver Lining: YOU WILL BE SOOOO PROUD OF YOURSELF for seeing what you are really MADE of...strength, courage, perseverance and LOVE!

the birds are me and my 2 kids:
the two coming from the one. beautiful, unique and colorful! they are learning to ...fly, taking off and and having their own experiences, flying in different directions and finding their wings to be what they want...free..rising up and above from where they came from.... each bird is different but still a bird all from one..it is birth, it is flight, it is rising above, it is freedom, it is life and living!

the one on my neck: 
the star (some say a Jewish star) are 2 triangles that represent "as above so below"...overlapping the two triangles...because after all there is no there and here...there only is everywhere! remember the venn diagram from math? lol the infinity represents the space in between that holds both above and below, the space that overlaps and the connection to all that is between the two...it is infinite.

the dots around the symbol of "as above so below"...connects all that is...it is the circle of life encompassing all...telling a story...and helping us to remember that everything comes full circle if we just believe: FAITH!

the symbols help me to remember that i am one, i am safe, i am goddess, i am the sun, i am light, i am love, i am beauty, i am whole, i am a force, i am all knowing and a force within myself:

the symbols around the outside are:

OM:
signifies divinity and the oneness of all the creations of God.

Fleur de Lis:
I have always loved this symbol...means "flowers of the lilly" although some say it is an iris...which are one of my favorite flowers, the lis is short for lisa (flower of lis and i LOVE FLOWERS), and has been used to represent French royalty. It also signifies perfection, light and life which i love.

Ankh:
always drawn to the Egyptians...some say it is the key of life, eternal life, to me it is just something that feels part of me and honestly in my mind today...i dont really feel it but ALWAYS feel 'guided' to call upon it...must be past life! lol

The Eye of Horus: a powerful symbol of protection and the "all seeing eye". It is also associated with the falcon ( with the birds again and goddess energy. It's a symbol of the Sun, and it was also called eye of Ra (by the Egyptian Sun god, Ra). The falcon's left eye represents the Moon.

so there you have it....a little bit about me!

go figure....wait until my mom sees it....oh vey! lol

The Full Moons Message from Spirit

"you can't bring in all the possibilities of the new....until you let go of the past". i keep hearing this in my head!

the past can only bog you down. you can not move as fast into the future. the future holds your dreams! it holds amazing possibilities ! im thinking that is how the full moon can help YOU tonight!!!

by letting go, you are choosing to decide that your future is more important that your past bc the past is just that.... i suppose that WE ALL have the CHOICE TO DECIDE...that life is worth the choice....we can not go back...so how to let go is a CHOICE we make to free ourselves from regret, pain, memories...we miss the NOW by living in the THEN! :( ugh HUMANITY.

seems so easy and we all say it to each other do flippantly...but the truth is, when it is your turn to do the work....well it is not so easy....if we let the full moon pull out from us the inner pains that we feel...maybe we will find the relief that we have been looking for. as long as we continue to hang on...we continue to feel pain.

but how? how do we just sit still in all our pain and just allow the" FULL MOON to pull from us" all the pain and hurt we have been carrying around in us sometimes for decades????

how do we sit still for this "cosmic, unexplainable, surgery" that is going to withdraw and pull from us the toxic parts of us that are poisoning our souls?

listen, any experience is a good expereince for it teaches us to rise above and shows us what we are made of, right? but for those of us (and i am guilty), who refuse to let go, who refuse to move on...fully, who refuse to admit that maybe just maybe their lives could be better if only they could release the past... we are getting NO WHERE fast!....

"it takes time. it takes perseverance. it takes courage. it takes belief. it takes strength"....you know what??? blah blah blah.... IT TAKES MAKING A CHOICE right now....to choose the future fully no MATTER WHAT THAT ENTAILS and what that brings to the table for YOU!

it comes down to a SIMPLE thing called a CHOICE! it takes coming to a place within yourself where there is just nowhere else to go. a place that leaves no other options than to stay where you are and have been...or to choose to let go and be free and happy. are you happy with EVERYTHING in your life? have you no regrets? have you let go of all past hurt and resentment and anger and jealousy, and greed, and fear, and self esteem crap, etc...if so you can stop reading now and congratulations!

but for most of us, we don't know what that means to let go. we only know what we know. that perceived knowing which becomes our reality which keeps us frozen in our own hell. use the full moon energy to de-thaw your outer frozen barrier that keeps you trapped inside your hell. to melt your armor. to thaw your cold ice exterior.

it is only when this beautiful full light in the sky, that illuminates the darkness and the dark parts of our soul...can we truly see the light that it shines within our soul.

use the light to see your beauty. as you let go, allow the light to fill up the dark places that once kept you paralyzed in fear; fear of the unknown, fear of being alone, fear of not having enough money, fear of not being healthy, fear of success...fear fear fear!!!!

USE the light to fill the dark parts so that you can see there is NO THING to be afraid of. that all we fear is fear itself. fear does not exist...it simply is a projection of the dark parts of our soul. use the light of the moon to light your up so you can see clearly. so you are not afraid anymore. so you are not in fear of ANYTHING ever again. it is when you use the TOOL of the moons full light energy that we have been given...can you finally release what you no longer need. AWWWWWW sweet release!

we need to let go and let god. we need to let go and let our higher selves. we need to let go and trust ourselves. we needs to let go and trust that spirit will always lift us up and offer salvation when you ask.
although....you only need for what you 'think' therefore fear you do not have.....need for nothing and be everything! there is not letting go...there is only being a part of the NOW!

know that you are loved. that you are light. that you are not alone. that your letting go helps me to let go and my letting go helps you to let go...and together we will let go and soar to heights that only the gods have dreamed of....it is time to let go and be free!

poverty and basic human needs limitations, imbalances.. to learn in this earth school..

The answer:

because it seems the only way we can truly understand the whole is to expereince it all.

we don't NEED too, but of course that is the way we collectively, as humans, choose to do it. until the collective changes we are all part of the herd mentality because we are part of the collective.

as far as 'school'....school implies that we are learning something we don't already know....why would be learning all that we already are? makes no sense why we call it that...the hear mentality says it ans we follow it. are we really any different than the herd????

it is about remembering who we are, not learning what we are. i went to school to learn to read...not because i needed to be reminded how to read...because i did not know how to read and they taught me.

BIG difference....the 'lesson' that we are here to "learn" is not so much a lesson. it is about remembering...compassion, love, gratitude, tolerance, forgiveness...all that we are....we are also human and we need to honor the humanness and know that that is a part of who we are...kind of like ego...we can not damn it for it is a part of who we are.

it is to find love for humanity and embrace all the humans...good bad and ugly! haha

we are what we are...duality, love, perceived good, perceived bad, all that is, 'spirits in spacesuits' as i say, etc...there is no good and bad and we need to stop labeling people and situations...that is ego not spirit. we are having experiences..EXPERIENCES!

spirit understands that humanity is just that...it is not good or bad only, A PART of all that is!

we are not only who we are in this lifetime. this is a part of who we are. a part of the experiences that we are having. a part of our true essence of our soul here to EXPERIENCE. a splinter of self...really so cool to look at it this way. we are not victims of life, poverty, war, etc...we are warriors of spirit. spirit taught me a long time agaon that we are the warriors. that we are the brave ones. that we are the ones we should 'worship' for we are the ones who made the trip here....WARRIORS not victims!

this brings me to choices..although for a different topic...we all have choices and personal responsibility that we refuse to accept responsibility for. everyone says that we have war, poverty, etc....then choose not to. then choose wealth, choose, to find housing, etc... I KNOW living in poverty, i KNOW being in the system, i KNOW what loss is for i have been though all of that. it is about choosing to tap into your power not your weakness...always easy...NO WAY! but a choice for sure!

underneath all of us is this amazing energy of all that is, i suppose here we call it LOVE! we need to remember who we are....not learn it! this is NOT a school....it is a place were a part of us come to remember....yes, a splinter part of who we are.

be who you were born to be....and by doing that you are holding space for others to be who they are!
again easy...depends on the moment not even the day...but possible FOR SURE! ;)

Life is beautiful if you just allow it to show you

The beauty of being alive is that life is truly beautiful. Some days I don’t believe that either. It is a big truth to swallow. If there is one thing that I have learned is that the journey wherever it takes you is beautiful. The ups, downs and the times in the middle.

How do I know this? Because my intuition, my psychic abilities, my mediumship, my higher self, what ever you want to call it has helped show me my beauty…my inner beauty.

Through my life, my past experiences, my ups and my downs, my history I have seen my insides. Not always when I wanted it and not always the way in which I wanted it too. It happened in a way that I needed to in order to truly and fully see my strengths, my inner beauty, my empowerment and my soul. That is life…that is beautiful. It is the journey.

I have been thrown many curve balls…some even hit me. It is within those curve balls that I was able to see how hard I was able to hit. Not just hit it…but also knock it out of the ballpark. How else does one know they can hit unless a pitch is thrown right? That is beauty. That is powerful.

One of the things I learned was that if something truly does not kill you it will for sure make you stronger. Whether that be an illness/disability, a death of a loved one, financial difficulties, divorce, loss of a job, or a move that you did not expect. These are the things in life that have made my life beautiful. Sounds backwards I know…trust me I know. Beauty in pain is not what I am saying. I am saying that if you change your perception of your experiences you will then see the beauty of all that is. You will see that your own life and experiences have been the beauty of life.

Beauty they say is only skin deep. I believe that beauty is soul deep and it is up to each and every one of us to allow our soul beauty to shine. When we are scared, lonely, desperate, alone, or just feeling plan old bad…that is an opportunity for us to go within and look within our soul and allow that “inner rockstar” beauty out.

I believe that we are all psychic, intuitive and mediums and that we are all here to allow the “inner rockstar” and beauty of our soul to shine. If you allow your natural intuition, your mediumship and your psychic abilities to surface they will become your guideposts and your rode map to your own life. We all have all the “gift” of intuition if you choose to allow that light to shine your perception of life will be guaranteed to be different. Whether you work on Wall Street, are a minister in a church, or actively working as a psychic, you are breathing, you are “psychic” you are breathing. We are all the same. We are all one and as I say on my show, “if you are breathing you are psychic”. My journey has been full of ups and downs, good times and bad times but all they were just times.

It is not important the emphasis that we put on good and bad as much as we just define them as times. Nothing more and nothing less. That is how you find the beauty of life? You listen, you observe, you witness, you love, you get to know you. Life is beautiful allow it to show you.

I am there...

Do you need Me ?
I am there.

You cannot see Me, yet I am the light you see by.
You cannot hear Me, yet I speak through your voice.
You cannot feel Me, yet I am the power at work in your hands.

I am at work, though you do not understand My ways.

Only in absolute stillness, beyond self, can you know Me

Walls

Walls, Walls, Walls, what do they tell you? What are they for? Do they protect us or keep us from our destiny? Are they the protector or the protection? So many questions, so little time. So little questions, so little time! Walls, the Great Barrier Reef amongst people. Walls, a place we all gather and commune. A place we visit often, but why? Why meet at the wall? Why the wall? What is at the wall that we all join there? What does it offer to us? What does it hold from us? What is beyond the great barrier that we call the wall?

A wall! Is it soft or stone? High or low? Thick or thin? A wall! What is it made of? It is nothing more than what you, we, made it. Is it not made of the same material that you are? Sure you say it is energy, and atoms, and cells, and neutrons. We say does it matter what it is made of? It is the same as you.

You can walk through it if you want. J For the wall has the same properties that the air has, and you seem to be able to move that easily, no?

So by deduction, if the wall is the same as the air, and the air can be moved through easily, can you not walk through the walls? You can you know. The only reason that you can’t is because you were told that you could not; you have been told that it is not possible.

A wall! It is just a wall. Walk through it, walk around it, walk over it, or walk under it. For it is just a wall, nothing more and nothing less.

A wall….ahhh a wall. Beautiful in creation because it is part of you. When it is no longer there, it is just as beautiful as before because it is still a part of you. Walk with, walk without, the beauty is still the same.

It is the same because it really does not matter since it is all the same you see.

Walk with or without the wall, and your journey will be the same either way. Your destiny will be the same either way. So you ask, “if it does not matter, why even have this discussion?”

And we ask the same question of you, “ If it does not matter, why bother having them at all?”

“About what?” I thought.

Everything has been written and everything has been said. I have nothing new to say, add or teach.

I heard, “Write…just write. Write like there is no tomorrow and write like there was no yesterday…just write.”

So here I sit and I am going to write, again about what, I do not know.
“Write about what you love. Write about why you love it? Write about how it has helped you? Write about why you do what you do,” I heard again.
So here it goes:

I love all that is, whatever that is, some days I do not know why.
I love that just when the bottom feels like it is going to fall out, something miraculously shows up and saves the day.
I love the mystery of the Universe, but the knowing at the same time.
I love that people don’t understand who they really are. I love that when they finally begin to wake up they have a glisten in their eye and for first time and they feel so alive. They feel full of hope, love and light.
I love helping to make someone, who is having a crappy day, feel better by giving them a different perspective, that I usually get from a higher place.
I love that life is everything and nothing at all what we think it is.
I love that the people in our lives are not at all who we think they are, but everything they are supposed to be.
I love the smell of the flowers.
I love the smell of oranges.
I love the smell of the rain.
I love the smell of my kids.
I love that I am alive and I can smell all of these things.

When I talk with people who are no longer here I realize these are the things they miss, the wonderment and beauty of all that is because the knowing takes away the surprise.

I love it because there is no other way to describe the human emotions that we have, sometimes all at once.

I love that we can cry, laugh, be sad and feel gratitude all at one time.
I love that we are able to forgive.
I love that we are able to do remarkable things when we just learn to trust.
I love that we have choices.
I love that we are the center of our own Universes.
I love that although we may live in different parts of the world, there really is no time and space.
I love that people have the amazing ability to mold themselves into anything that they want to be at any given moment.
I love that we each have this amazing ability to be connected to all that is, including hearing, feeling, seeing, tasting and knowing, at any given time.
I love all of that.

Knowing what I know has helped me in ways that I never would have expected. Somewhere through devastating times I found my voice, my courage, my strength and my passion. I found this priceless gem that lies within my being.

Finding this nugget of truth has helped me live with an open heart, accept change more graciously, know that I have choices, not feel like a victim and live a more empowered life. It has allowed me to accept what I cannot change, it has allowed me to let go of people and situations knowing that nothing is what I think it is. It has allowed me to being a new chapter in my life, MY WAY.

I am forever grateful for whatever time I have spent here on this planet for it is shaping me into the “ROCKSTAR” I was born to be.

I do what I do because this is who I am, this is who I was born to be and this was I do.

Roots and Branches

Ahhh…my dear child, you ask of Roots and I tell you of strength.

For the roots are the strength of who you are. They nourish the soul. They anchor you to the

Earth and they teach you to fly.

You ask of the wind and I tell you of freedom.

You ask me of branches and I teach you wisdom and knowledge. For a tree starts solid

because of its firm stable roots.

The trunk represents your core, your solid base.

And ahhh…. you ask of the branches. The branches teach the lessons. They grow and they

intersect without warning or notice. They take the brunt of the wind and cold of the rain. They

are the first to feel the heat on a hot summer day. They are the first to feel anything and

everything. The branches are the truth of who we are. Unlike the roots, which are so strong, the

branches are much weaker, or are they?

The roots stay covered up for no harm can reach them. The branches are strong and exposed

to all. They feel, they breathe, they move.

Ask a tree a question, and see how it responds.

It is through the leaves and the branches that a tree will take away your pain. It passes your

pain and fears thru to its core, into the roots, for there it is planted into mother earth.

It is there that she cradles and rocks the roots to sleep as in a sweet lullaby. She protects them

from harm with her beautiful soil as a mother covers her children at night. For she is the mother to

the trees.

The trees with all there glory are wisdom, knowledge, and power to us.

The trees tell a story if you look at their branches. They have lived for many lives and have much

to teach and tell.

I had a dream…

My dream was:
For unity
For peace
For oneness
For love

For all people, all Americans, to unite under One flag.

Regardless of:

How much money you have
What ‘class’ you live in
What car you drive
What job you hold
Or the color of your ‘skin’

To unite…. to create change.
To teach your children, our children, that love and unity is all binding.

I often say, “there is only one truth and there is only one love.”. With that said there is only one American. The American that holds their neighbor’s hand, holds their neighbors back up straight and holds their own shoulders back.

Let us not talk about a ‘black president’. Let us talk of one nation under God, one nation, with God, one nation and one nation only.

Regardless of your ‘skin’ color, your ‘race’ or your ‘social standing’, in your community you stand together and UNITE.

Unite for one God, One being, ONE…the one of all that is.

Let us stand proud, let us be proud, and let us love thy neighbor as if thy neighbor is you.

Stand and be proud.

You ask if I am proud? I am proud of only one thing and one thing only and that’s the movement forward into unity and into love.

Each and every one of you…STAND next to your neighbor…embrace your neighbor and love thy neighbor.

No race, class, or military rank separates you from another.

You are equal. I am equal. We are equal. For it is your fear of loss of control, fear of change, fear of lack that keeps you from moving forward.

NOW is the time to celebrate your unity.
Move from hope into action.
Move from separation into oneness.
Move from hate into love.
Move from fear into greatness.

The time is NOW.

Setting the stage to create the life you desire~

in radio we have a saying......setting the stage and resetting the stage.

by setting and resetting the stage for the next 'segment' the listener knows what to expect in that segment and what is coming up. if they are just tuning in they know what is happening within in the show and what will be coming up.

well the angels tell me today that we need to spend more time setting and resetting our stages. as life brings us changes we need to be able to keep up with all the energies that are all around us.

in order to keep up we need to stay connected with spirit, connected with self and continually set the stage for what we want by telling them what it is we expect.

i hope this helps you as it helped bring me clarity and insights in a fresh new way with a fresh new perspective.

time to get clear, be exact and precise. if you do not know, then you do know and the is OK...sit within the 'not knowing' until that energy passes.

as a wise guide said to me once, "there is a lot of wisdom in the clouds....when the clouds part, the sun will come out and the skies will become clear again".
